We assess each scheme and deal with all of the statutory departments involved. We provide design and development monitoring services to developers. We act for banks and lending institutions in contract monitoring and valuation of construction work. Our experienced surveyors and technicians deal with Building Regulations Applications in ensuring that the construction meets the necessary standards. We can offer advice on detailing and prepare the requisite drawings and can deal directly with NHBC or other certified bodies. We act as both Contract Administrators and project managers and are experienced in both commercial and residential development from inception through to completion and handover.
