Health and Safety now extends to all walks of life. We are truly committed to the objects of Health and Safety Legislation particularly in a construction industry that has, in the past, been plague by a poor safety record.
We have extensive training and experience in Health and Safety matters in particular under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 and take a proactive and pragmatic view of all Health and Safety matters. This service is provided for clients as an in-house addition to our project management services. We are also happy to carry out CDM work for outside clients carrying out construction programmes through other consultants. We undertake building inspections in respect of Fire Risk Assessments under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 and recommend remedial actions, ongoing monitoring and control measures on behalf of property owners and building managers. |
