Kingsley Symes & Scott began trading 10 years ago with the merge of Kingsley Symes Associates and Graham Scott Associates. The company incorporated in 2004 with two directors Graham Scott and Paul Smythe. Graham Scott is a Chartered Building Surveyor and a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. He holds a BSc Degree in Building Surveying and was elected as member of the RICS in 1989. Graham is also a member of the Association of Building Engineers and has been certified by the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health. Graham Scott has worked in Private Practice since 1980 and has been involved in all areas of Building Surveying, specialising in contract administration, Party Walls, Dilapidations and building pathology. |
